"The Thinker": A Human Head Sculpt from My 4-Week Blender Challenge

I'm excited to share this human head sculpt, a result of my ongoing journey with Blender and 3D art. It has been a little over a year since I started learning Blender, and I decided to create a 4-week challenge for myself to push my skills further. This sculpt is a product of the first two days of my challenge, where I focused on practicing and refining my sculpting techniques.

The process of sculpting this head took approximately 3 hours, and I spent an additional 3 hours on render setup, lighting, and materials. This project has been a fantastic opportunity to study the anatomy and proportions of the human head, as well as to experiment with different sculpting techniques to achieve a more natural and organic look.

This male head sculpt represents a milestone in my Blender journey, showcasing the progress I've made so far and the new techniques I've learned. I'm eager to continue my 4-week challenge, exploring new aspects of Blender and sharing my progress with the community.

I would love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or any suggestions for improvement! Thank you for taking the time to check out my work, Happy blending!

I can see the artifacts here on the side of the face. I didn't want to go back and fix it; this is something I always struggle with, adding details to the skin.

Again the eye here has an artifact on the left, but I didn't want to fix it since this was timed sculpting.
